Selected work

Real engagements, not case-study theater.

Software houses, agencies, e-commerce and enterprise SaaS — usually at the moment founder-led selling stops scaling, or a team needs to move faster than it can hire. Client names are shared where we can; the rest are anonymized by agreement, described the way they actually ran.

2026

Agent-assisted RevOps, CRM, content and demand work.

2026

CRM implementation + change management

Sat between the business teams, project management and the technical build during a full CRM implementation. Defined processes, requirements, reporting and adoption workflows, coordinated stakeholders and owned the change management side. AI carried the documentation, test-case and analysis load, which kept the rollout moving at a pace the internal team could actually absorb.

Sales operations product management

Acted as product owner for internal sales operations, translating commercial problems into CRM features, workflows, dashboards and automation. Managed the backlog between sales, RevOps and implementation teams, with AI used for requirements drafting, process design and operational analysis. The decisions stayed with the business; the drafting speed came from the agents.

Clay workflows + AI agents

Designed Clay workflows combining enrichment, signals, research and AI agents for sales and marketing teams. The output is a decision layer rather than a list: accounts researched, contacts enriched, opportunities qualified, and structured inputs prepared for whatever GTM action comes next. Reps get a reason to reach out, already written down.

2026

CRM back-office operations

Ongoing CRM administration and operational support, run without collapsing RevOps into a ticket desk. Data quality, properties, workflows, reporting, user requests and process improvements are handled as one operating rhythm, with automation and AI-assisted operations absorbing the repetitive share of the work.

2026

Website migration + AI-ready information architecture

Ran a large website migration across content, structure, stakeholders and technical delivery. Coordinated inventories, redirects, templates, page ownership and launch readiness, and used the move to restructure content so the new site is easier to manage and easier for search engines and AI systems to parse. Nothing was lost in the migration, and the new architecture gives answer engines something structured to quote.

RFP process for sales, marketing & operations tools

Prepared and ran structured RFP processes for CRM, sales, marketing and operations technology. Turned business requirements into evaluation criteria, vendor comparisons and decision frameworks, with AI-assisted research compressing the vendor landscape work from weeks into days. Final selection stayed grounded in how the team actually operates, not in feature grids.

Fractional project management — sales & marketing

Joined sales and marketing initiatives as a fractional project manager where no dedicated owner existed. Managed scope, priorities, stakeholders, dependencies and delivery, with lightweight AI-supported workflows covering research, documentation and status tracking. The team kept its attention on execution while the reporting layer looked after itself.

Fractional RevOps

Owned parts of the revenue operating system across CRM, pipeline, reporting, GTM processes and sales tooling. Worked between strategy and day-to-day execution, combining hands-on RevOps with automation and agents so commercial teams move faster without inheriting more operational complexity in exchange.

2026

Fractional marketing management

Stepped into marketing leadership on a fractional basis, coordinating campaigns, content, priorities and commercial alignment. AI-assisted research, content operations and analysis raised the team's execution capacity, which let a small marketing function keep its output up while the next full-time hire waited.

AI-supported content operations

Managed content production as an operating system: topics, briefs, contributors, reviews and publishing workflows in one pipeline. AI took the research, first-pass analysis, repurposing and quality support, while editorial control and subject expertise stayed with people. Volume went up without the credibility drop that usually follows.

2026

Outbound + LinkedIn outreach

Built and ran outbound motions combining LinkedIn, email, account research and CRM orchestration. AI and enrichment workflows improved account selection, research and personalisation, and every touch stayed tied to a real signal with coordinated human follow-up behind it. Volume was never the point.

LinkedIn Ads management

Managed LinkedIn Ads from audience design and campaign structure through creative testing, lead-gen forms and performance analysis. Combined CRM and account-level data with AI-assisted analysis to identify which audiences, messages and accounts were showing genuine intent, then fed those signals back into both the paid and the outbound motion.
