What this site collects, and why.

Short version: analytics to see which pages are read, a form that lands in our CRM when you fill it in, and an assistant that processes the questions you type. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is collected that the site does not need to work.

01

Analytics and tags

The site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs analytics tags that record page views, approximate location and the device and browser used. This tells us which pages are read and where visitors come from. The data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

02

The contact form and HubSpot

The booking form on the homepage is provided by HubSpot. What you type into it — name, email, company and your message — is stored in our HubSpot CRM so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. HubSpot's tracking script also sets cookies that connect your visits to your form submission. We use this to know which pages you read before getting in touch, nothing else. Entries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to keep them; ask and we will delete yours.

03

Revenue Owl

Revenue Owl is the assistant in the bottom corner of each page. When you send a question, the text of that question and the last few turns of the conversation are sent to a Cloudflare Worker, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude model through Cloudflare AI Gateway to produce the answer. Cloudflare's Turnstile bot check runs before the first message and may set a cookie for that purpose.

  • Logs. Cloudflare keeps a log of each request and reply, together with a coarse location and the time, for 30 days. We use these logs to review answer quality and abuse. They are then deleted.
  • Anthropic. Questions are processed under Anthropic's commercial API terms. They are not used to train Anthropic's models.
  • Your browser. The conversation is stored in your browser's session storage only and disappears when the tab closes. There is no account and no link to the CRM.
  • What not to type. Please do not paste confidential company information or personal data about other people. If you want to talk about your pipeline, book a call.

Tools that run in your browser

The Sales Leaders Calendar keeps the figures, deals and check-ins you enter in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and can be wiped with the "forget all saved figures, deals and check-ins" link on the tool. The GTM Control Room demo runs on synthetic data and stores nothing.
