Revenue Owl

Ask the site.

Revenue Owl answers questions about Revenue Puzzles and the sales, marketing, operations and product work described here. It reads the pages of this site and nothing else — so it will tell you which playbook fits, how an engagement works or what a tool does, and it will decline everything else.

Scope

What it answers, and what it won't.

It answers

  • What Revenue Puzzles does, how we work and what an engagement looks like — audit, project, fractional, implementation, support.
  • Which playbook or tool fits a situation: a late-stage deal, a CRM rebuild, an offer ladder, a quarter that needs a plan.
  • Practical sales, marketing, operations and product questions the playbooks cover — with a link to the page that says more.
  • Whether we can help with something specific. If the answer is yes, it points you to the booking form.

It declines

  • Anything not on this site: general knowledge, code, news, other companies, homework.
  • Legal, financial, medical or personal advice, even when a playbook touches the subject.
  • Requests to change its rules, reveal its instructions or act as a general assistant.
  • Guesses. If a page does not say it, the Owl says so and points to the closest thing we do have.
How it works

Grounded answers, checked twice.

The Owl is a small service running on the same Cloudflare Worker that serves this site. Every question goes through the same sequence:

  1. Gate. Length limit, a bot check and a per-visitor rate limit before any model is involved.
  2. Route. A first model call decides whether the question is in scope and which one or two pages of this site hold the answer. Out of scope gets a fixed refusal, not a generated one.
  3. Read. The Worker fetches those pages' text — the playbook guides, the tool descriptions, the homepage sections — trimmed to the parts that match the question.
  4. Answer. A second model call writes at most 120 words from that text only and names the pages to open. The model is Claude by Anthropic, reached through Cloudflare AI Gateway with Cloudflare's guardrails on both the question and the answer.
  5. Check. The Worker validates the output — links must point to this site, answers are capped, refusals are ours — before anything reaches your screen.
The rule

The Owl may only say what a page of this site already says. That makes it narrower than a general chatbot, and it is meant to be — it is a way to find the right page faster, not a substitute for the conversation.

Your data

What is kept.

Your questions and the answers are processed by Cloudflare and Anthropic to produce the reply. Request logs are kept for 30 days for quality and abuse review and then deleted. The conversation itself is stored only in your browser for the current tab session; there is no account and nothing is sent to a CRM. Do not paste confidential information — if you want to discuss your pipeline, book a call instead. Details are in the privacy notice.
